Intellectual Battle at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology!
♟ “Working with Youth”: Internal Chess Tournament Held
As part of the spiritual and educational initiatives at the Department of Clinical Pharmacology of Tashkent State Medical University, a Chess Tournament was organized for 5th-year students to promote logical thinking and meaningful leisure.
The event was organized by the department staff under the leadership of the Head of the Department, Professor A.V. Yakubov.
The tournament featured faculty members, 5th-year tutor Mullajonov Laziz, and 5th-year students from the 1st Medical Faculty.
Professor P.S. Zufarov officially opened the tournament, emphasizing that chess is a vital tool for developing patience and strategic decision-making, and wished all players success.
Following 4 intense rounds of strategic play, the winners were announced:
- 🥇 1st Place: Karvonov Bakhtiyor (Group 510-s)
- 🥈 2nd Place: Aliev Asror (Group 502-s)
- 🥉 3rd Place: Quvondiqov Dilshod (Group 515-a)
- 🥉 3rd Place: Soloyjonov Javoxir (Group 502-b)
The winners received commemorative gifts presented by Professor P.S. Zufarov. The event concluded in a high-spirited and friendly atmosphere.
